Features
Everything ECLIPSCOIN does
The parts that are built and running today.
Custody ledger
Every balance comes from a double-entry ledger. Each movement posts matching debit and credit entries, so totals always reconcile.
Native ETH on Ethereum
Deposits of native ETH are detected on-chain and credited once per transaction hash, so the same transfer never counts twice.
Idempotent transfers
Deposits and withdrawals carry idempotency keys. A retried request returns the original result instead of moving funds twice.
Admin review
Withdrawals wait for an administrator to approve or reject them before anything leaves the ledger.
How it works
From sign-up to approved withdrawal
Four steps, each backed by the ledger.
Create an account
Sign up with your email and a password. A customer profile is created for you.
Open a wallet
Add a wallet to hold an ETH balance tracked by the ledger.
Deposit and withdraw
Record deposits and request withdrawals. Each request is idempotent and fully auditable.
Wait for approval
An administrator reviews each withdrawal. You can follow its status in your activity.
Security
Designed with custody risks in mind
Clear boundaries around keys, sessions, and payouts.
No private keys in the app database
The application database stores ledger entries and profiles, never wallet private keys.
Secure email sign-in
Passwords are handled by a dedicated authentication service and are never stored in the wallet database.
Server-side access checks
Every protected page and API route verifies your session and role on the server.
Human approval for withdrawals
No withdrawal completes without an administrator signing off on it first.
FAQ
Straight answers
Does ECLIPSCOIN store private keys?
No. The application database stores ledger entries and profiles, never wallet private keys.
Where are my balances kept?
In an internal double-entry ledger. Your wallet balance is the sum of its ledger entries.
Why do withdrawals need approval?
Every withdrawal request is reviewed by an administrator, which keeps a human in the loop before funds move.
